Dominika Hajdu

Director for Policy and Programming

Dominika Hajdu oversees policy and programming at GLOBSEC. She has been with the organization since 2017, primarily as part of the Centre for Democracy & Resilience, which she continues to lead. The Centre's work focuses on defending democracy against subversive efforts and examining the strategies, actors, and tools used in information operations.

Her research has concentrated on information manipulation and its impact on democratic societies, the intersection of technology and democracy, and strategic communications. She has led large-scale international projects aimed at research, awareness-raising, and capacity-building across diverse target groups, all with the goal of strengthening societal and state resilience.

Previously, Dominika gained experience in the advertising sector and EU policymaking, having trained at the EU’s Committee of the Regions and worked at a public affairs agency in Brussels.

She holds an MA in EU Foreign Policy from the University of Leuven in Belgium, speaks English, French, and Slovak, and is based in GLOBSEC’s Brussels office.
